Agree with that. he has been good down back but since he has been there both Powell and Ballard have been worse / havent been able to find their groove. The balance is just a bit off. Him up fwd he would have the oppos third best defender on him and he could do pretty well in that role.

Im on the fence with Luko down back. Good disposal and ball use vs lack of intent/hardness down there is a fine balance.. With him and Mac back there, it left Powell not getting the ball as much? 13 disposals and I'm sure he took a couple of kick ins. I didn't really notice him. Maybe he just...

Im excited to see this team. We could get pantsed and get out run by GWS (most likely) but on paper our kicking skills look better: Mac, Closehy, Read, Graham all better kicks than Swallow, Ellis, Long, and possibly Secco. We should be Marking it a bit more with Read and Mac in the team as well...

Excited and stoked for the new guys! Hope they all go well. Bit apprehensive about having 3 debutaunts + Walter in the one team vs a full strength Giants. One hell of an innitiation!

I had Mac as being our number 1 most improved player this year. I feel like he just needs to be selected once and hopefully can put it all together. Would love him to just be given a license to play pretty free across Half back and Wing. Being so tall and skinny he doesn't fit into Hardwicks...

happy as to grind it out in the end. Scoreline flattered them i think. We hit the post 3 times and missed a couple of easy set shots up to 3/4 time. Uwland looking good, Powell is some player. Like seeing the crows worry about rowell then we have Noah and Flanders get a lazy 35 touches each.
