I have never known another player be afforded an endless supply of excuses for under performing. He is so lucky to have our supporter base. Poor fella needs all the excuses he can get.

Its hilarious how seemingly intelligent humans, aka one eyed footy fans, lose all ability to process basic logic and objectivety when rating their own players. I reckon our fans suffer it more than most others.

I reckon if Heath doesn't get his debut this year he will be cut, if he doesn't have an AFL tank by now then he never will and we shouldn't be spending excessive resources flogging dead horses, this was the error of past recruiting teams, not bringing in o players who had the physical tool kits...

Over the past 2 years, kind of sells itself. An available and reliable asset is much more valuable to a premiership campaign.

I'd have Mihocek over King in the blink of an eye. Is incredibly durable and always available for selection, is really strong in aerial contests and an accurate kick for goal and is very strong defensively. A very underrated footballer and possibly the best value for money player in the past...

the problem with his finals performance is it was 14 games in the rear vision mirror., he's averaging 1 ok performance every 15 or so games, just not up to it unfortunately, will he make it, my personal view is he doesn't look like he's comfortable at the level.

It will break my heart if he doesn't make it, he's just a ripping guy and one of the most honest hard working players that plays the game the right way and actually when he's got going in those brief moments he's been quite brilliant. Fingers cross he has some luck soon with his body.

I fear Hayes won't make it at AFL level due to his body letting him down, will be a crying shame if that happens because he is a brilliant prototype for a forward/ruck.

No argument he is a good mark and kick, but that’s his only trick and why it only works well on a more consistent basis at VFL level, you need to be much more than a good mark and kick in the modern AFL game.

Tony Lockett had goals on the board too, how many flags did we win with big Plugger? Also the Hawks seem to be playing really well up forward, can you identify their key forwards?
